1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Learning Leopard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Learning Leopard provides maths practice for children aged 7–11, targeting the UK KS2 curriculum. It is a supplementary learning tool and is not a replacement for school teaching. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per email address. As the account holder, you are responsible for all child profiles created under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
4. Acceptable use
Use Learning Leopard for its intended purpose: children's maths practice and progress tracking. Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or use automated tools to interact with the platform.
5. Content
All questions, learning content, and platform design are owned by Learning Leopard. User-generated content is limited to display names chosen for child profiles.
6. Subscription and billing
A free tier is available with core features. Premium subscription details, pricing, and terms will be published when the premium tier becomes available. Until then, all features are accessible to all users at no cost.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, all your data including child profiles and learning history will be permanently removed.
8. Limitation of liability
Learning Leopard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
