Why we collect it

We collect this data to provide the learning service, track your child's progress, and enable you as a parent to oversee their learning. Our lawful basis for processing is the contract you enter when creating an account, and our legitimate interest in improving the service.

What we don't do

  • We do not display advertising of any kind
  • We do not use tracking scripts (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixels)
  • We do not sell or share data with third parties
  • We do not build behavioural profiles for marketing
  • We do not use cookies beyond essential session cookies required for login

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers within the EU/UK. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All connections use HTTPS encryption. Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (available in Settings), all associated data — including child profiles and learning history — is permanently deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you and your children
  • Correct any inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

Children's data

Child profiles are created and managed by parents only. Children cannot create their own accounts or register independently. For a simplified explanation of how we handle children's data, see our Child Privacy Notice.
