Why I Built LearningLeopard (And What It Isn't)

If you've got a child in Key Stage 2, you've probably already tried at least one maths app. Chances are it involved a timer, a leaderboard, and your child either loving the pressure or hating it. I've got children in primary school myself. I watched them use those tools and noticed something: they got quicker at recall, but they weren't necessarily getting better at thinking. Speed-based platforms like Times Tables Rock Stars do a brilliant job at what they're designed for — rapid-fire fluency. But maths at KS2 is broader than that. The National Curriculum expects children to reason, solve problems, and move between different representations of the same concept. That's why I built LearningLeopard. It's a question-based platform where children work through varied question types, not just "what's 7 × 8?" but questions that ask them to spot patterns, work with fractions visually, interpret bar models, or explain their reasoning. What it isn't
